Served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Las Vegas Sands for 14 years.

During the Weidner presidency at LVS, the team invested over $15.5 billion in 20 projects globally, and revolutionized the hospitality, casino, entertainment and real estate markets.

Over this course of time, LVS’ EBITDAR increased from $0 to $1.0 billion, and total market enterprise value exceeded $53 billion.

Andrew S. Fonfa

Chief Executive Officer

Developer of Allure Las Vegas, a $240 million high-rise condominium project next to the Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino site.

Founder of ASF Realty & Investments, Inc. a full service real estate brokerage firm licensed in Nevada that has purchased, sold, leased, managed and been the developer of numerous properties in Las Vegas.

Over 30 years local development experience including numerous hotel, casino, residential, and commercial projects that shape today’s Las Vegas skyline.

Mr. Fonfa currently has a privileged Nevada State Unlimited Gaming License and a Nevada Liquor License through his co-ownership of the Indian Springs Hotel Casino.

David Jacoby

David Jacoby

Chief Operating Officer

Currently serves as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis for Global Gaming Asset Management, which recently opened a $1 billion casino resort in Manila, Philippines and a $3.5 billion resort in the Bahamas.

Former Vice President and co-head of gaming for a New York based finance and strategy consulting firm where advised senior executives on a wide range of initiatives, including approximately $10 billion in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Jacoby holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.

Brett Fonfa

Senior Vice President

Mr. Fonfa helps oversee project development and investor relations. He holds a real estate salesperson license and has been in development for the past 5 years. He has worked in residential sales, rentals, and foreclosures.

Mr. Fonfa attended the Eugene Lang College at the New School University in New York City as well as University of San Diego where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in English.

Lauren Viola

Vice President of World Wide Operations

Miss Viola has worked with LVEIRC since June 2014. She graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in communication.

She travels back and forth to Asia several times a year for the Regional Center to meet with potential clients and agencies.

Danni Wang

Marketing Manager

Miss Wang has been working with LVEIRC since November 2012. She is based in our Shanghai office and is mainly in charge of its daily activities & marketing coordination for Lucky Dragon Project in China.

Miss Wang used to work for Planning & Engineering Dept. in PORTS 1961 and Retail & Marketing Dept. in DUNHILL. She graduated from Jimei University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts. Miss Wang can speak both English and Mandarin.

Sarah Sorrells

Vice President of Las Vegas Operations

Mrs. Sorrells has worked for LVEIRC since 2014 while continuing to work as a licensed realtor for Andrew Fonfa’s brokerage, ASF Realty.

She is originally from Henan, China and moved to The United Sates in 2010. Mrs. Sorrells regularly meets with investors in our Las Vegas office, and can speak both English and Mandarin.

The Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino is Las Vegas’ first casino resort designed from the ground up to create an authentic Asian cultural and gaming experience.

Lucky Dragon’s hospitality is our shining achievement. Multicultural service and marketing staff familiar with the language and customs of our guests ensure an authentic and accommodating experience.

Lucky Dragon LV opened doors for business on December 3rd, 2016 and is now creating profit to refund our EB5 investors. We are still accepting investors for this project; please contact us for more details about a possible investment.
